The Story Behind Elevate

my name is My name is Paulo Henrique, a CIMSPA certified personal trainer (NVQ levels 3 and 4), based in London.

My passion for fitness was born of a personal transformation. I was not always active; Years of long days of work left me exhausted and disconnected from my own well-being until I realized it was time to regain control.

What began as a way to regain energy soon became a lifestyle – a daily practice that strengthened the body, sharpened the mind, and restored the inner balance.

Over time, it redefined my approach to life, work, and movement itself. All the principles I share are based on real-world experience.

Through the continuous study of the science of exercise and human performance, I apply only what is practical, effective and evidence-based, without prejudice or assumptions.

My clients often describe me as a calm and dedicated person who listens attentively, adapts to individual needs, and creates clear, structured, and consistent programs that provide real and lasting progress. I am inspired by some of the top professionals in the industry, but I keep my authentic and straightforward approach designed for people with demanding lifestyles who want to feel better, move better and live better.

What really motivates me is to witness a genuine transformation, not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. Each session is an opportunity to grow, maintain consistency and help others discover their own strengths.
